En 2021, avec certains collègues couteliers nous avons eu l’idée et l’envie d’organiser un salon dans mon bled, Saint-Gervais-Sur-Roubion. La covid ayant frappé, nous n’avons pas pu tenir cette première édition. Ce n’était qu’un au revoir, puisqu’en 2022 la première édition avait pu avoir lieu.

In 2021, with some of our fellow knifemakers, we had the idea and the desire to organize a show in my village, Saint-Gervais-Sur-Roubion. The covid having struck, we could not hold this first edition. It was only a goodbye, because in 2022 the first edition could take place.
